All the employees were accommodating and extremely helpful. The room was great value and air conditioned in general, with big windows. Essentials that you need, such as an iron, multi-channel TV, and a study table, were there.

The room we booked was a nice size, with good air con, quite a nice view, for instance. The breakfast offered a lot of local meals. Central location was a plus.

Excellent new rooms (superior type). Wonderful and relaxing views. Staff very helpful and understanding. Logistically very well located between Santiago and a Coruña by car. Excellent quality/price ratio.
Minor comment: Expect some difficulty finding the hotel, or use a car navigator.

A nice modern spacious comfortable clean room with air conditioning and the shower in the adjoining wash room was excellent. The bar lounge and the restaurant were ideal and reasonably priced. The staff were all very friendly and the manager was especially helpful. We were reliant upon public transport to get around and we were most impressed when she arranged for a driver to take us to a national park one day F.O.C. The views from the hotel over the valley were wonderful especially during evening meals. Generally just a nice atmosphere about the place.
As we aren't very conversant with the Spanish language it would have been useful to us if the menu had English translation (something I believe they were planning to introduce) as not all the waiters could speak English.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food served at the restaurant was very good.
The breakfast was a bit pricey considering what they served. It could've been included in the room rate.
